“I think that we were able to control the game. We were organized, we made it hard on them, and we didn’t give much up. From the back all the way up I think a bunch of guys had good games and collectively they were organized, they kept things tight,” said head coach Jesse Marsch.

The Montreal Impact held its last preseason workout at B.C, Place Friday afternoon, a day before it takes on the Vancouver Whitecaps. The Impact players went through their paces in a relaxed and leisurely manner, with no scrimmaging and very little intensity, almost as if they were loosening up before a game rather than preparing for their initial MLS foray.
