Last week, the Turkish side announced that it had brought Borjan into the fold. See that HERE. But, Borjan told The 11’s Aman Dhanoa during preparations for tonight’s Gold Cup opener in the United States that he still considers himself a member of his Serbian club, FK Rad. “No, nothing has been made official,” said Borjan. “We’re still talking, we’ll see when I finish with the Gold Cup because right now I’m concentrating on the Gold Cup. When that finishes, I’m going to go back to Serbia with FK Rad and then we’ll see what’s going to happen. “I’m still with FK Rad.” FK Rad’s own website states that Borjan will likely be off to Turkey to join Sivasspor, and that he would sign a contract with his new Turkish side when he returns to Europe. But, as Borjan said, there is no signature yet.
