The Canadian Soccer Association indicated that there will be announcement coming later this weekend about a couple of new bodies being drafted into the lineup, to replace players who have been injured with their club teams.
Toronto FC’s Adrian Cann was already brought in to shore up the centre-back slot after Kevin McKenna’s bad back kept him from answering the national-team call.
