According to Honduran club CDS Vida, midfielder Arnold Peralta has rejected Toronto FC’s contract offer and won’t be heading off to play with the Reds, after all.

As more and more media outlets report that Honduran midfielder Arnold Peralta is on the move to Toronto FC, a main question remains. How much is the fee?
