Nicholas Lindsay will spend a full season on the sidelines thanks to a serious off-season knee injury. Toronto FC announced Wednesday that the 18-year-old winger, who made the jump from the academy to the senior team late into the 2010 season, will need two surgeries to repair damage done to his knee in an off-season incident.
